When a summary is out of stock, this either means that the summary is not yet finished or is not currently being sold. The availability of a summary is usually described in the description of that product. If you have any questions regarding this topic, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Yes, we do! Every summary sold is selected from a large pool of applications, and a team of Honours students check all summaries before they are sold. In addition, almost every summary has been created by honour students that graduated cum laude.
If ordered before 4 PM, you will receive your paper version the next day!
All summaries are sent to the Gmail address used during checkout. Once you have received our email, you will be able to open your summary with the password provided.
We aim to process every order within half an hour. However, each summary is individually encrypted and stamped with a personal digital code. While this is an automatic process, it may take longer if there is a lot of demand. Furthermore, orders are not processed between 11 PM and 9 AM. However, we are always willing to help when you desperately need a summary. Don’t be afraid to text us!
Go to ”my account” in the menu on the website and click register as a vendor. Do not forget to comply with the confirmation email because you are provided with a link that guides you to the vendor account setup wizard. This is necessary to obtain access to your vendor dashboard on the website! Please text us when you experience any difficulties.
Once you are a vendor, you can upload your own summaries and view your earnings. However, every summary is reviewed by the quality control team before it is published.
